Carrot cake with oats.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 - 2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 tsp nutmeg
2 cups oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup raw carrots
1 cup chopped nuts
Method:
1. Mix cream butter with sugars well, add beaten eggs.
2. Sift together dry ingredients and stir in, add raisins, carrots and nuts.
3. Drop onto greased baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake in hot oven about 30 minutes (I would start checking after 20 minutes).
