Arabic coffee.
Ingredients:
2 cup water
2 tsp Coffee, freshly ground
sugar to taste
pinch cinnamon
Direction:
1. Put the sugar in to the pot and bring to heat until sugar become brown, stir. Add water and bring to boil.
2. When the water is boiling, take it off the stove, and immediately stir the coffee into it. Set a side for 5 minutes. Heat again.
2. Strain and serve hot coffee with pinch cinnamon and cookies.
