Barley coffee.
Ingredients:
2 cup Hot Coffee, not too strong
2 tsp barley, fried to brown, ground
milk, sugar to taste
Direction:
1. Add ground barley to hot black coffee and bring it to a boil. Than take it off the stove. Set a side for 5 minutes. Heat again.
2. Pour the coffee mix through the filter. Strain and serve hot coffee, with milk and sugar.
