Coffee Cloud coffee.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup tapioca mix
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup cream, whipped
2 cups strong brewed coffee
(Hawaiian is best)
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Direction:
1. Mix tapioca, salt and coffee in top of double boiler. Cook for 15 minutes or until clear.
2. Add sugar. Chill. Fold in vanilla and whipped cream.
