6 eggs hard boiled.
parsley leaves
lettuce leave.
For stuffing:
1/2 cup dill, Celery, parsley - finely chopped.
1 tbsp butter.
1 tsp ground Rusk
1 fresh egg
salt to taste.
Method:
1. Cut the eggs into halves horizontally and slip out yolks into a small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork. Set aside eggs whites.
2. Mix all ingredients for stuffing with mashed eggs yolks. Fill eggs whites with the mixture.
3. Decorate the stuffed eggs with parsley leaves and serve on lettuce leave.
