Chicken legs baked with potatoes in the oven.
3 - 4 tbsp oil.
2 onion, chopped.
5 potatoes, sliced.
2 stalk celery, chopped.
1/4 cup chopped parsley.
1 tsp basil, chopped.
2 green pepper, chopped.
4 clove garlic, minced.
12 chicken legs with thighs.
1,5 tsp salt.
pinch ground black pepper.

cup mayonnaise to top.
Method:
1. Arrange chopped onion, green pepper, greenery, than layer potatoes on deep greased with oil baking sheet. Put chicken legs on the potatoes. Sprinkle with pepper, garlic, season and bake in the oven until done.
2. Brush every leg with mayonnaise and put into oven for 15 minutes, or until legs become golden - brown.
3. Serve with ketchup and finely chopped greenery.
