Fried Chicken liver.
300 g (10,6 oz) chicken liver, washed and drained
3 - 4 tbsp flour
0,5 tsp dried ground greenery or to taste
ground pepper, coriander, salt
oil
Method:
1. Mix flour with dried ground greenery, spices and salt. Coat
every piece
of chicken liver with the flour, then fry until golden.
2. Serve immediately with sour cream and finely chopped greenery. Fried Chicken liver could be served with mashed potatoes or with cooked rice.
