Ingredients for Filling:
1 - 1,5 kg tart apples, cored, chopped.
2 tbsp butter.
salt.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Fill the goose with chopped apples. Season with salt.
2. Bake in the oven with butter for 1,5 - 2 hours, pouring over the jus from the sheet regularly.If need add cup of water.
