Stuffed goose with cabbage.
1 goose, washed.
Ingredients for Filling:
0,8 kg (1,8 lb) cabbage, shredded.
4 onions, chopped.
1 tbsp butter.
1/2 tsp salt, mixed with cumin.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Put in to pot cabbage, butter and onion. Simmer covered on low heat until tender. Sprinkle goose with salt - cumin mixture. Fill the goose with cooked vegetables.
2. Bake goose in the oven for 1,5 - 2 hours, pouring over the jus from the sheet regularly.If need add cup of water.
Serve hot.
