Fresh Cucumbers in egg white

Method:

1. Wash carefully, thoroughly cucumbers. Cucumbers must be very clean and very fresh.

2. Whisk, whip egg white. Dip every cucumber into whipped egg white, hang on the rope using cucumber's stalk and let to dry.

3. You will have whole winter fresh cucumbers on your table. Peel cucumbers before using thoroughly.
