Cheese with butter.
100 g (3,5 oz) cottage cheese.
100 g (3,5 oz) butter, melted.
caraway seeds, salt or to taste.
Method:
1. Place cottage cheese in warm place for 4 hours.
2. Add butter into the cottage cheese. Flavour with caraway seeds and salt. Mix. Heat the mixture, stirring, until boils.
3. Chill. Strain and drain cottage cheese very well. Shape your favourite form.
4. Store in a cold place or fridge.
