Eggs stuffed with cheese.
10 eggs hard boiled.
3 tbsp mayonnaise.
For stuffing:
50 g cheese, parmesan, grated.
10 eggs, beaten
fresh dill, parsley leaves
Method:
1. Cut the eggs into halves horizontally and slip out yolks into a small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork. Set aside eggs whites.
2. Mix eggs yolks with greenery and cheese. Fill egg whites with the mixture.

Directions:
With dampened hands shape mixture into a balls the size of large
hazelnut, roll them through flour. Heat oil in a frying pan and brown the balls,
turning them regularly.
Put Cheese eggs Balls and halves Eggs stuffed with cheese into baking dish, scatter tops of the eggs and balls with grated cheese and bread crumbs, bake in the oven. Serve hot.
