Pot cheese casserole with raisins.
500 g (1,1 lb) pot cheese.
30 g (1 oz) butter.
2 eggs, beaten.
30 g (1 oz) farina.
100 g (3,5 oz) raisins.
1 tbsp sugar.
To sprinkle:
25 g (0,8 oz) sour cream.
bread crumbs and butter to sprinkle and grease the baking tin.
Method:
1. Wash and cover the raisins with warm water and let them soak for 5 minutes.
2. Blend all ingredients and add the raisins. Mix.
3. Put the pot cheese mixture into greased tin grease with butter and sprinkled with bread crumbs. Put sour cream on the top. Bake in the oven until done.
Serve hot, with the sour cream.
