Pumpkin salad with walnuts.
300 g (10,6 oz) pumpkin, peeled, deseeded, grated.
300 g (10,6 oz) apples, cored, grated.
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1 lemon, to make juice.
3 tbsp honey.
Method:
1. Mix grated pumpkin and apples with honey.
2. Season with lemon juice, add walnuts. Stir and serve.
