Cold Soup with sauerkraut and mushrooms.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp salted mushrooms, canned, chopped.
2 cup sauerkraut.
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped.
2 marinated cucumbers, cubed.
2 tbsp green onion, chopped.
2 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped into halves.
2 tbsp sour cream.
1,5 litres (3 pint) - Rye bread's kvass (drink).
salt, sugar, to taste.
Directions:
1. First six ingredients put into bowl.
2. Place into refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Pour kvass into mix, add salt, sugar, sour cream and stir well.
Serve cold.
