Cabbage fried with vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 cup onion, chopped.
1 paprika, chopped.
3 carrot medium size, grated.
2 tomatoes, diced, un drained.
2 tbsp tomato sauce.
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil, crumbled.
1/2 teaspoon dried dill, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley, crumbled
salt, ground pepper to taste
400 g (14 oz) cabbage, shredded
3/4 cup Soya oil
Cooking Instructions:
1. Trim off soiled outer leaves of cabbage; cut cabbage in quarters and remove the core. Now shred it. Set aside.
2. Fry onion in a large skillet with oil until golden. Add paprika, fry for minute. Add carrot and fry, stirring, until golden brown. Add tomatoes, simmer.
3. Than put cabbage and fry uncovered until tender, stirring
constantly. Add seasonings, drained or fresh greenery, tomato sauce and stew several minutes,
stirring.
Serve hot.
