Cabbage salad with tomatoes.
Description: Fresh Cabbage Salad is very tasty and healthy food, rich of vitamin C. This salad can be delicious
appetizer.
Ingredients:
1 lb cabbage (white firm head)
1 tomatoes, chopped
3 - 4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp dill, chopped
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
1 tbsp
Parsley, chopped
Sugar, salt, lemon acid to taste
For decoration:
Parsley sprigs, celery or dill leaves
Method:
1. Shred the cabbage into julienne strips. Sprinkle the cabbage with salt, lemon
acid and sugar.
2. Rub the strips with your hands to make them softer and juicier. Add remained
ingredients, olive oil. Stir thoroughly.
3. Decorate with greenery and celery leaves.
