Paprika salad with tomato.
250 g (8,8 oz) paprika, chopped into strips
200 g (7 oz) tomato, chopped
2 onions, finely chopped
3 - 4 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
salt, chopped parsley to taste
1 tsp lime juice
Method:
Combine all ingredients, sprinkle with lime juice. Stir thoroughly.
