Squids Salad.
250 g (8,8 oz) sweet corn, canned (tinned).
500 g (1,1 lb) squids, cooked, cubed.
3 ea hard boiled eggs, cubed.
3 ea boiled potatoes, cubed.
2 ea onion, finely chopped.
100 - 150 g (3,5 - 5,3 oz) mayonnaise
salt, chopped dill, parsley, celery to taste.
Cooking Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Flavour. Add mayonnaise. Stir thoroughly. Decorate.
